Welcome to Emily Fulton Speaks LLC. By purchasing services, scheduling sessions, or participating in programs offered by Emily Fulton Speaks, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
These terms are designed to create clear expectations, protect both client and practitioner, and support a respectful and effective working relationship.
1. Services Provided
Emily Fulton Speaks LLC provides personal development and wellness services, including but not limited to:
• Hypnotherapy sessions
• Coaching services
• Transformation packages
• Group programs
• Educational materials and resources
All services are intended to support personal growth, emotional well-being, and self-development.
2. Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment
Emily Fulton Speaks is not a medical doctor, psychologist, or licensed mental health professional.
Services provided are for educational, personal development, and wellness purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate medical or mental health care from licensed professionals when needed.
Participation in services is voluntary and at the client's own discretion.
3. Payment Policy
Payment in full is required prior to the start of any service, program, or session.
The only exception is approved payment plans offered for select packages.
If a payment plan is selected:
• Payments must be made on time according to the agreed schedule
• Services may be paused or discontinued if payments are missed
• The client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation or completion of services
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Payment plans are a commitment to complete the full program and are not contingent upon session attendance or completion.
4. Session Scheduling and Expiration
Sessions must be scheduled and completed within the designated time period from the date of purchase.
Sessions do not remain open indefinitely. The following expiration timelines apply:
• Single sessions expire after 60 days
• 3-session packages expire after 3 months
• 6-session packages expire after 6 months
• 12-session packages expire after 12 months
Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
These timeframes are designed to support consistent progress and momentum in the transformation process.
Extensions may be granted at the sole discretion of Emily Fulton Speaks in extenuating circumstances.
5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
If less than 24 hours' notice is provided, or if a client does not attend a scheduled session, the session will be considered completed and will count as one of the sessions in the package.
Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Emily Fulton Speaks in cases of emergency.
6. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for their own participation, decisions, actions, and results.
Progress depends on individual commitment, consistency, and engagement in the process.
Services are collaborative in nature, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Results Disclaimer
Every client is unique, and results vary.
While many clients experience meaningful changes, improvements, or breakthroughs, specific results are not guaranteed.
8. Confidentiality
Client privacy is respected and protected.
All personal information shared during sessions will be kept confidential except in the following situations:
• Where disclosure is required by law
• Where there is risk of harm to the client or others
Reasonable steps will be taken to protect the confidentiality of all client information.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials provided by Emily Fulton Speaks, including but not limited to:
• Written content
• Worksheets
• Recordings
• Program materials
• Exercises and frameworks
are the intellectual property of Emily Fulton Speaks LLC.
These materials may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, or sold without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating in services, clients acknowledge that they are responsible for their own well-being and decisions.
Emily Fulton Speaks LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from participation in services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be handled in the appropriate courts located within the State of Illinois.
