Through coaching and hypnotherpay, we uncover the patterns that have kept you stuck and create a new path of calm, clarity, and confidence.

I work primarily with divorced mothers who are ready to stop repeating the patterns that have kept them stuck — in relationships, in self-doubt, and in the quiet belief that life will always feel this hard.
This work is deeply personal to me. After navigating my own journey of healing and rebuilding life after divorce for myself and my children, I became passionate about helping other women recognize the patterns that keep them trapped and discover that a different future is possible.
Through coaching and hypnotherapy, we uncover the deeper patterns driving those experiences so you can release what no longer serves you and create a new path forward — one defined by calm, clarity, and confidence.
Because when you change the pattern, you don’t just change your life — you change the future for your children too.
Begin with a private session or a short series of sessions designed to help you uncover the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Each 90-minute session combines coaching and hypnotherapy so we can work at both the conscious and subconscious level—helping you release what no longer serves you and begin creating new patterns rooted in calm, clarity, and confidence.
Whether you’re looking for a single breakthrough or continued support, session packages of 1, 3, or 6 allow you to choose what best fits where you are right now.
If you decide to continue with a package after your session, the cost of the Breakthrough Session will be applied toward your package.
For women who are ready to go deeper, this 12-session journey provides the space and support needed for lasting transformation.
Together, we work through the subconscious patterns, emotional layers, and belief systems that have shaped your past experiences—while building a new foundation rooted in self-trust, clarity, and confidence.
This level of support allows you to move beyond temporary shifts and begin creating meaningful, lasting change in your life and relationships.
These sessions combine coaching, subconscious work, and practical tools to help you move forward with confidence.
A 12-week transformational group experience for divorced mothers who are ready to break the cycle and reclaim their calm, clarity, and confidence.
Inside the program, you’ll uncover the deeper patterns shaping your relationships and beliefs, release what no longer serves you, and create a new path forward.
Be the first to know when the next group opens.

Emily conducted our session with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. Before we began, she spent plenty of time talking with me to understand my underlying concerns and history, and went on to clarify exactly what I wanted to get out of the session. She was fully present and attentive for the entire meeting (which is rare these days). Her hypnosis session was very effective and uplifting. Her voice is calm, relaxing, clear, and trustworthy. I came out of the session feeling ten times better than at the beginning, with a renewed sense of hope and direction. I could not recommend her sessions more!

Hypnotherapy is a gentle process that helps you access the subconscious mind—the part of your mind where many of your patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses are stored.
During a session, you remain aware and in control while entering a deeply relaxed and focused state. In this state, it becomes easier to release old patterns and create new, healthier ways of thinking and responding.
Hypnotherapy is often used to support emotional healing, build confidence, reduce stress, and create lasting behavioral change.
No. Hypnosis is not mind control.
You remain aware of what is happening and cannot be made to do anything against your values or wishes. Most people describe the experience as feeling deeply relaxed while still being aware of the conversation and guidance.
Think of it as a focused, calm state similar to when you are absorbed in a book or daydream.
Yes. Hypnotherapy is a safe and widely used method for supporting emotional well-being and personal growth.
The process is collaborative, and you remain in control throughout the session. My approach focuses on creating a supportive, calm environment where you feel safe exploring and shifting the patterns that may be holding you back.
Most people are able to experience hypnosis easily when they are open and willing to relax into the process. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention that we enter many times in everyday life, such as when we become absorbed in a book or movie.
My role is simply to guide you into that focused state so we can work with the subconscious mind in a safe and supportive way.
No. Hypnosis does not require belief to be effective.
What matters most is simply a willingness to relax and follow the process. Hypnosis is a natural state of focused attention that most people experience regularly in everyday life — such as when becoming absorbed in a book, movie, or deep thought.
My role is simply to guide you into that focused state so we can work with the subconscious mind in a calm and supportive way.
Each session is approximately 90 minutes and combines coaching and hypnotherapy.
We begin by discussing what you would like to shift or change. From there, I guide you into a relaxed hypnotic state where we work with the subconscious mind to release patterns, reframe beliefs, and reinforce new ways of thinking and responding.
You will leave each session with greater clarity, insights, and practical steps to integrate the changes into your daily life.
This depends on your goals and the depth of the patterns you want to change.
Some clients experience powerful breakthroughs in a single session, while others benefit from a series of sessions that allow us to work more deeply with the subconscious patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Many clients choose a package of sessions so we can create lasting change over time.
Traditional hypnotherapy often focuses primarily on the hypnotic process itself.
In my work, hypnosis is just one part of a deeper transformational process. Each session combines coaching, subconscious pattern work, and practical integration tools so that the insights and shifts we create during hypnosis can translate into meaningful changes in your daily life.
This integrated approach allows us to work with both the conscious and subconscious levels of the mind, helping many clients move beyond temporary relief and begin creating lasting transformation.
This work is especially helpful for women who are ready to:
• Rebuild confidence and self-trust
• Heal from past relationship experiences
• Break old patterns that keep repeating
• Create a new chapter after divorce
• Feel calmer and more grounded in daily life
Yes. Many of the women I work with are navigating significant life transitions, including healing from past relationships or rebuilding life after divorce.
My sessions are designed to be a supportive and confidential space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace while focusing on moving forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
Hypnotherapy sessions are highly personalized and designed specifically for you in the moment, so sessions are not recorded.
However, after each session you will receive a brief written summary highlighting key insights, breakthroughs, and suggested integration practices to support your progress between sessions.
While many people benefit from hypnotherapy and coaching, this work is most effective for individuals who are open to self-reflection and willing to actively participate in the process.
My approach is designed for women who are ready to explore the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships, and who are committed to creating meaningful change in their lives.
If you are feeling curious, open, and ready to move forward—even if you’re unsure exactly how yet—this work can be a powerful step in that direction.
Many of the women I work with are navigating life transitions such as rebuilding after divorce, healing from past relationships, or learning to trust themselves again.
